All Sales FinalAll purchases are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on any merchandise, including apparel, accessories, custom-made items, special orders, prepaid items, backorders, or layaway purchases.
Custom & Personalized OrdersCustom and personalized items are accepted with full acknowledgment that slight variations may occur. Once customization begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Sizing & Color ResponsibilityCustomers are responsible for confirming correct size, color, and item details prior to checkout. Rapture Gold is not responsible for ordering errors.
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement only. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for any approved return.
Order CancellationsOrders may not be canceled after processing. Approved cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Layaway & WholesaleLayaway plans must be completed within 90 days. Deposits are non-refundable. Wholesale orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee and store credit only. Clearance and sale items are final sale.

II. All Sales Final / Return PolicyRapture Gold strongly encourages customers to carefully review sizing, color, and product details prior to completing a purchase. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any merchandise, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, custom-made items, special orders, or layaway purchases.
Custom requests are accepted only with the understanding that minor variations may occur due to the nature of custom production. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this condition. Once a transaction is completed, it is deemed final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable under all circumstances.
III. Customization, Pricing, and ServicesAdditional services, including hat customization, embellishments, or accessory modifications, are subject to an ancillary service fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per service, in addition to the base price of the merchandise.
Once customization, personalization, or production has commenced, the order becomes irrevocable. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted after customization has begun.
IV. Order Processing and AvailabilityOrders placed through the Rapture Gold Website or over the phone, are processed in the order received. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice due to inventory fluctuations, supplier availability, or demand.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify product details, including color, size, and any potential substitutions, at the time the order is placed. Rapture Gold is not responsible for customer errors made during the ordering process.
V. Damaged or Defective MerchandiseIf merchandise is received in a damaged or defective condition, Rapture Gold will, at its sole discretion, replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number and the specific return address issued via email from [email protected]. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or honored.
All claims regarding damaged or defective merchandise must be reported via email within three (3) days of receipt. Failure to notify Rapture Gold within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any replacement eligibility.
VI. Order Cancellation and Layaway TermsCancellations requested after an order has been processed are subject to a restocking fee of thirty-five percent (35%) of the total order value.
Layaway plans are limited to a period of ninety (90) days. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments made. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for layaway items exceeding ninety (90) days.
VII. Prepaid and Back-Ordered MerchandiseAll prepaid and back-ordered items are considered final sale. In-stock orders may not be canceled after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase.
All cancellation requests must be submitted directly via telephone or email to [email protected]. Applicable restocking fees will apply to refused, unaccepted, or returned shipments.
VIII. Wholesale TransactionsWholesale purchases are subject to a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee, with the remaining balance issued as store credit for future purchases only. Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
All clearance, promotional, or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
