By using our website, you are agreeing to abide by our Terms of Service, Conditions of Use, and other Policies that govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our website.
Returns: we are currently unable to accept any returns. Please ensure that you (order the correct size) and items you need. Layaway items cannot be returned or Canceled, and there are no returns on custom-made hats.

ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE: Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that inventory is not guaranteed and may change as orders are received and placed. When ordering, please confirm whether acceptable color and/or sizing substitutions are allowed.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive any damaged items, we will replace them at no extra cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION: If an item is cancelled for any reason after processing, customers are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Our layaway policy is 90 days (3 months). If a layaway is not paid within the given time, deposits are forfeited, and no returns are eligible for items held on layaway for 90 days or more.
PREPAID/BACK ORDERS: There are no refunds on prepaid or back-ordered items. In-stock orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone. Restocking fees will apply if an order is not accepted and returned.
WHOLESALE RETURNS: A 50% restocking fee will be charged for any wholesale returns, and store credit will be issued for the remainder of the total. Clearance or sale items are non-refundable or returnable.
PRIVACY POLICY: We do not sell or rent personal information collected by our site to third parties. However, certain third-party agents and other third parties performing services for the site sponsor may have access to personally identifiable information to perform their jobs.
